Free shipping on orders of $199 and over in Canada.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will be able to track your package in real time until it is delivered.

Delivery problems

If your order does not arrive on time or if you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation quickly.

Matevy was born from a simple, but deeply personal desire:

to offer children a gentle, safe and comforting space where they can play, discover and grow — without compromise.

The idea took root during my first maternity leave. Like many parents, I spent long hours on the floor with my child: the first rolls, the first hesitant steps, the spontaneous bursts of laughter. I was looking for a playmat that was safe, comfortable, durable… and beautiful.

But on the market, nothing really met my criteria.

I ended up buying a cheap rug, for lack of anything better. Barely three weeks later, the design's protective coating was already starting to peel off. The rug was deteriorating, becoming unsightly — and above all, no longer reassured me.

That's when something changed.

I thought to myself: there must be something better .

And if it doesn't exist yet... why not create it?

That's how Matevy began.

Two and a half years of research, testing, reflection and decisions made with the heart — always guided by the same intention: to create rugs designed for real family life.

Today, each Matevy rug is carefully designed to accompany the moments that matter: supporting toddlers in their discoveries, offering parents peace of mind, and harmonizing naturally with your living spaces.
